Douglas has focused much of his practice on residential real estate, including builders, lenders, buyers and sellers in all aspects of the closing process. He represents numerous relocation companies in Connecticut, including Cornerstone Relocation, LLC, Weichert Workforce Mobility, Fidelity Residential Solutions and others. He also assists clients in sales and purchases with short sales, foreclosed properties and estate sales, as well as new construction and property rehabilitation projects.
